Kabul, April 19 (IANS) At least 40 people were injured on Tuesday when a powerful blast rocked Afghanistan's capital Kabul.
The blast took place near the Afghan presidential palace, a health official told Xinhua news agency.
The Taliban militant group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
