Stopping by "The Elvis Duran Show", the 24-year-old singer denied that he had a special relationship with the "Hands to myself" hitmaker, saying that they're just "friends", reports aceshowbiz.com.
"We're friends. I'm not dating Selena Gomez. There is nothing to say," Puth said.
Though the "See You Again" hitmaker stressed that there's nothing special between him and Justin Bieber's former girlfriend, it doesn't mean that he hates her. When the host asked whether or not he wanted to see Selena in the front row of one of his shows, he said: "I hope so."
He even denied dating singer Meghan Trainor, with whom he participated on the duet "Marvin gaye".
