Nagarjuna and director K Raghavendra Rao who previously delivered devotional wonders like Annamayya, Sri Ramadasu, and Shirdi Sai, are once again joined hands for another devotional venture. The movie is titled ‘Om Namo Venkatesa’ which is a film on Lord Venkateswara Swamy and his disciple, Hathi Rambabaji.
The script work of the movie is almost complete and the film will start rolling in May. The team is currently scouting for locations in Kerala and Karnataka for the movie shoot. They reportedly chose Chikmagalur, one of the cooler places in the South, to erect a hill set in the surrounding areas. The team is of the opinion that the place has favorable climatic conditions during May and June for the shoot.
A.Mahesh Reddy who produced Nagarjuna’s Shirdi Sai may also produce this film under his AMR Sai Krupa Entertainments banner.
