New Delhi, April 5 (IANS) The home ministry has set up a committee to recommend measures to strengthen border protection and address issue of gaps and vulnerability in border fencing
along the India-Pakistan border, an official statement said on Tuesday.
"The mandate of the committee will be to study all types of gaps in fencing and all other vulnerabilities on India-Pakistan border and to suggest comprehensive approach to fix these
gaps in fencing and other vulnerabilities on interim and permanent basis," said a home ministry statement.
The committee will submit its report within three months.
