Lahore, March 28 (IANS) Muhammad Zubair was buying tickets for the swings in Lahore's Gulshan-e-Iqbal park on Sunday when a suicide bomber detonated himself with a thunderous explosion.

Zubair had reached the park in the evening with 10 relatives who had come from Sindh to visit Lahore a few days ago.

"We were a group of 13 out of which only three survived the attack,” a grieving Zubair, 27, told Dawn on Monday.

“I witnessed my parents, sisters and relatives die on the spot. Everything has finished for me now,” added the devastated man.

More than 70 people were killed in the suicide attack that also left about 300 people injured. Most victims were women and children.
