Los Angeles, Mar 27 (PTI) Actress Renee Zellweger says she doesn't pay attention to the chatter surrounding her changed appearance.
The 46-year-old "Bridget Jones's Diary" star hit headlines and became a trending topic on Twitter after she made her first public appearance in months at an awards show in Los Angeles in October, 2014, sparking a debate over her 'new face', reported People magazine.
Zellweger shrugged off the media storm at the time, putting her altered appearance down to a new, relaxed lifestyle, and now she reveals she didn't even know about any of the comments because she does not participate in any kind of social media.
"It's not really part of my life. It's part of the job, that I don't really experience except when I step into this arena. In my home I'm not aware of it. I don't do any kind of social media, so I don't see it. I like to have... I guess you would call them real experiences," she said .
Zellweger previously defended her image and insisted she looks different because she is much happier in life.
The actress returns to the Bridget Jones franchise for third film "Bridget Jones's Baby" later this year.
