New Delhi, March 27 (IANS) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday slammed the imposition of President's rule in Uttarakhand, saying the BJP desired to rule the entire country.

President's Rule was imposed in Uttarakhand on Sunday, days after nine Congress legislators rebelled against Chief Minister Harish Rawat.
