Los Angeles, Mar 27 (PTI) Hollywood star Angelina Jolie's brother James Haven is stepping behind the camera to direct his first feature film.
James has signed on to take charge of The Last Boy, which is based on Thomas M Burby's novel The Last Boy on Earth, according to The Wrap.
The film will centre on the story of a teenage boy, who is left to search for survivors after a deadly airborne virus kills off most of the world's population.
The movie will be James' second directorial effort following his 2015 short film "Court of Conscience", which featured his father Jon Voight.
James' superstar sibling Angelina has also been active behind the camera in recent years. She made her feature film directorial debut in 2011 with "In the Land of Blood and Honey" and went on to helm "Unbroken and By the Sea", which starred herself and her husband Brad Pitt.
She is currently working on "First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers", which is based on Cambodian author and human rights activist Loung Ung's tale of surviving the notorious Khmer Rouge regime.
