Mumbai, March 25 (IANS) Television actress Asha Negi, who has been in a relationship with actor Rithvik Dhanjani for almost five years now, says that they are in no hurry to tie the knot.
The duo began dating five years ago while shooting for Ekta Kapoor's serial "Pavitra Rishta", which also starred actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande.
Asked if marriage is on the cards any soon for the couple, Asha told IANS: "I think there is still time. People keep asking us the same questions and we say 'we are still kids, please let us have more fun in life and we still want to live our life'...we are not in a hurry to get married."
The 26-year-old actress says "marriage is not a priority" and they are "happy" the way they are living their lives as of now and can wait for "another year or two".
"Marriage is not a priority, but right now I think we are happy the way we are and we can probably wait for another year or two for it. I am happy and so is he," said the actress, who was seen co-hosting singing-based reality show "Indian Idol Junior".
Asha says their priority is their careers and they would like to focus on that first and then take things forward.
"Our relationship is going great and I think this is not the time probably...we both still need to do lot in our careers yet, so I would say another year or two," Asha added.
