Mumbai, March 24 (IANS) Actor Rajneesh Duggall says he plays around eight different characters as a conman in the upcoming film "Udanchhoo", directed by Vipin Sharma.
"I'm playing a conman, so there are lot of shades in my character and those lead into a situational comedy. I have about seven to eight roles in the film and I knew that there is a lot for me to play (do in it)," Rajneesh said here.
He said there are no specifications to the character he essays in the movie.
"My character has no name. Somewhere he is a south Indian, somewhere he is a Marathi guy, or a Mumbai boy, or a rich businessman and somewhere he's a cop," he added.
Rajneesh had made his debut with director Vikram Bhatt's "1920". He also featured with Sunny Leone in "Ek Paheli Leela", which brought him back into the limelight.
About "Udanchhoo", he said: "It is a satire with an underlying comedy, a social subject... Something happening with all of us. Everyone has that greed, it is basically your own devil. If you don't tame it, it will become a big demon inside you.
"The film is about how you subdue corruption, but it's all said with a comedy."
Rajneesh has primarily featured in films in the horror or thriller genre.
About trying comedy for the first time, he said: "I'm very good at comedy. Comedy is all about master shots and long shots and it can only happen if everyone's give-and-take is to the T."
The model-turned-actor also said he had a great time working with Prem Chopra and Ashutosh Rana in the film.
"When you work with a good actor, automatically a scene rises and raises the bar of the product.
