Paris, March 23 (IANS) Toulouse-Blagnac airport in France was evacuated on Wednesday over a security alert, the media reported.
The alert came just a day after the Brussels terror attacks at the city's airport and a Metro station, thelocal.fr reported. France is on high alert over the terrorist threat.
As passengers gathered on Wednesday morning in the departure areas, they were suddenly told to evacuate the building due to a security alert.
The reason for the alert is believed to be the presence of a suspect baggage.
In Tuesday's bombings in Brussels, at least 34 people were killed and over 200 were injured.
