Rating: **1/2

Reviewer:  Socialnews.xyz

'Nothing to run for' should be the tag line of the movie.

Story: Sanjay (Sandeep Kishan) takes a loan from a loan shark (Bobby Simha) with the help of his friend Mani (Praveen). He also needs a job as his future father-in-law (Kasi Viswanath) rejects to give his daughter Amulya (Anisha Ambrose).  What happens on the final day of the loan payment forms rest of story. Did Sanjay pay the loan and also win his love?

Acting: Sundeep Kishan shows ease in his role but his comedy timing needs to be improved. Anisha Ambrose role has nothing in terms of acting. Bobby Simha as a villain is the highlight of the movie. Brahmaji as SI Padmavathi is good. Posani comedy is okay in parts.

Techincal: Director Ani Kanneganti just did a cut paste job as copied every scene from the original. He confused himself and the audience with no grip on the screenplay. Sai Karthik's background score is good, but songs are very weak. The Cinematography is okay at parts but fell apart in action scenes.

Analysis: Run is a remake of Tamil superhit Neram movie. The movies with this type of concept need a gripping screenplay at which director Ani Kanneganti failed. The film goes without many awe-inspiring and hair-raising moments, simple comedy and flat narrative.
