Los Angeles, Mar 19 (PTI) Country singer Blake Shelton says his new album "If I'm Honest" will not give out any "juicy" tidbits about his highly publicized divorce from Miranda Lambert.
The 39-year-old "Lonely Night" hitmaker said the songs do not share any details of his divorce, but reflects the emotional state of his mind all through the episode, reported E! online.
"It's not like there's all these juicy details (in the record), but (country music) lends itself to emotions and things that you go through when you go through a divorce and, more so, the getting over that and moving on and finding someone else," Shelton said.
The country crooner is "super proud of" his new music which reflects on the ups and downs he has been through.
"The last year and a half of my life has literally blown up in my face. That's OK because I'm a country singer, and I at least get to take all that and put it into music...
(I) couldn't be happier with the way Came Here to Forget' has (taken) off."
The first single of the album is "Came Here to Forget," which describes a pair coming together in a bar to drink and get over their exes.
