Kochi,A March 18 (IANS) An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the Indian Navy had to be ditched in the ocean after an engine failure on Friday, Navy officials said.
Officials said a "controlled ditching" of the UAV was carried out to avoid accidents, as it could have hit a boat.
The incident occurred 30 nautical miles off Kochi.
