All these days, many big films are facing the ire of distributors whenever the film flops at box office. A couple of films like Akhil and Lingaa in the recent past have performed dud at box office thereby forcing distributors to demand a refund of their money.
Expecting similar thing from distributors in the case of Sardaar non-performance at Box Office, the makers have made some interesting move. Though shocking, we heard that Eros International entered into a non-refundable deal with all the distributors. In case if this is true then there is no way distributors would demand a refund if the film flops.
