Kolkata, March 15 (IANS) Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza on Tuesday said both Arafat Sunny and Taskin Ahmed, who were reported for suspect bowling actions, have undergone tests, adding that the decision to play pacer Mustafizur Rahman against Pakistan has not been taken yet.
Left-arm spinner Sunny and pacer Taskin were reported last Thursday during their side's qualifying match for the World Twenty20 against the Netherlands.
"Sunny has been tested already. Taskin also has been tested in the morning. He will be here in the evening by 6 o' clock. But if they will play or not we are still unsure. Depends on the wickets and conditions and the opposition as well," Mortaza said at the pre-match media conference for Wednesday's game against Pakistan.
Mustafizur had missed the Asia Cup final last month due to a side strain and has not featured in any game for Bangladesh since then.
"We can't say he will be available or not. We still have 24 hours. The coaches and physios will decide and take the call tomorrow," Mortaza said.
The captain said he expects a lot of insights about the ground from Shakib Al Hasan, who plays as an all-rounder for local Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
"Shakib is really important for us. Last 7-8 years, he has consistently performed for us and he knows this ground well, so he will be of great help," he said.
