New Delhi, March 15 (IANS) The entire Karol Bagh market area is prone to encroachment and traffic jams, parliament was told on Tuesday.
Minister of State for Home Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary told the Lok Sabha that there were a total of 55 areas in the national capital where police reported maximum congestion and traffic jams.
Among the other areas facing this problem are ISBT Kashmere Gate, Mayur Vihar and Saket metro stations, Palam flyover, Sadar Bazar, New Rohtak Road, Arya Samaj Road and Chawri Bazar, he said in a statement.
