Mumbai, March 7 (IANS) Shah Rukh Khans love for his fans is known to be as strong as the love of his fans for him and it was proved once again when the 6-Pack Band, Indias first transgender band, gatecrashed the green room of King Khan during the theatrical trailer launch of his next film "Fan".
The gates of Yash Raj Films Studio were opened to thousands of fans for the launch of the theatrical trailer of Fan. And as he was prepping for the launch in his green room, there was a knock on the door from the members of Indias first transgender band, the 6-Pack Band,.
The band, that was launched by YRFs youth wing, Y-Films, had requested for a meeting with SRK to give him their blessings along with a special message, said an official statement released by the production house.
SRK, as always, was kind enough to not only make time for them, but as they sang Jabra Fan and one of their own original songs to him, he joined them for an impromptu dance, hugging each one of them and wishing them luck in return.
The 6-Pack Band's first three music videos including a cover of Pharrells chartbuster as Hum Hain Happy and collaborations with Sonu Nigam Sab Rab De Bande have clocked over 7 million views. They have 3 more videos in the pipeline including a collaboration with legend Asha Bhosles granddaughter Zanai Bhosle.
