After blockbuster ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’, all eyes are on Nagarjuna’s next outing ‘Oopiri’. Along with Nagarjuna, Karthi and Thamanna are playing main roles in this Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual. Potluri Prasad and Kavin Anne are producing this film under PVP banner wile Yevadu,Brindavanam fame Vamshi Paidipally is the director. Launch of Music given by Gopi Sunder was held last night at Novotel, Hyderabad. Akkineni Amala launched the audio of ‘Oopiri’.
Speaking in the audio launch Nagarjuna says, ” Amala and I watched ‘The Intouchables’ four years ago and thought that it will be good if someone make it in Telugu. After three years Vamshi came to me with the ‘Intouchables’ cd asking to watch it. I immediately agreed to do the film. I played the role of a handicapped person but with full of joy at heart. This film will show the need of a companion to every person. ‘Oopiri’ is a long journey for us and in this journey I found a new friend as well as a brother in Karthi.PVP is another life for this film. I am confident that ‘Oopiri’ will be another memorable film for me like Shiva,Geethanjali,AnnamayyaNinne Pelladatha and Soggade Chinni Nayana. I wish the entire team All The Best.”
