New Delhi, Feb 24 (IANS) It was a sunny Wednesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 11 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, said the weather office which predicted the day ahead is likely to be clear.
"The day ahead is likely to remain clear, but mist is very likely to occur on Thursday morning," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 86 percent while the visibility at the same time stood at 3,000 metre.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 29 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 13.4 degrees Celsius, two notches above the average for this time of the season.
