Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 22 (IANS) Turkish Cargo, one of the fastest-growing air cargo carrier in the world, has now switched over to the fully integrated air cargo management solution from Technopark-headquartered IBS Software, a statement said on Monday.
It chose IBS' iCargo after a year-long selection process, and then over 2,000 global users spread across a network spanning 284 destinations in 113 countries made the switch from their in-house maintained IT platform TACTIC, in use for over two decades.
Temel Kotil, CEO of Turkish Airlines, said history has been created as this is one of the biggest digital transitions of the airlines.
