Islamabad, Feb 16 (IANS) Pakistan's Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Tuesday said he never said that there was no presence of the Islamic State (IS) terror group, also known as Daesh, in Pakistan.
He clarified that he said decision-makers of Daesh have no presence in the country, Geo Tv reported.
The interior minister said there are 45 different terrorist organisations operating in Pakistan.
He added that it is the same people from these terrorist organisations that break away and take on the name of Daesh.
