Los Angeles, Feb 10 (PTI) Latin superstar Marc Anthony used his sold-out concert in US presidential hopeful Donald Trump's hometown of New York City to rally against the politician and his run for the White House.
The Puerto Rican star has been vocal about his dislike for the real estate mogul over the past few months, after Trump made controversial remarks about Mexican immigrants to the US, reported People magazine.
And Anthony, 47, continued his crusade again the TV personality at the end of his Madison Square Garden show, slamming Trump for his sensational anti-Latino comments.
"I'm proud to be Puerto Rican," Anthony exclaimed.
"I'm proud to be Latino in the United States of America...
I see people here (holding up flags) from Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, and Mexico. We're all proud of our culture."
Anthony, who has pledged his support for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, continued, "No matter where you come from, we're Latinos. We have to take care our ourselves.
What I want to say is before I leave is 'Donald Trump!' I want him to hear it in his house...
