Los Angeles, Jan 28 (PTI) Actress Eva Longoria, singer Lara Fabian and other celebrities posed as gay couples sharing a message of love for a project by French artist and photographer Olivier Ciappa.
The series, called "The Imaginary Couples," has subjects pose as same-sex couples or families to battle homophobia, reported People magazine.
In one of the black and white shots Longoria, 40, poses in an intimate embrace with singer Lara Fabian.
Another picture has "Sicario" director Denis Villeneuve and "Dallas Buyers Club" helmer Jean-Marc Vallee posing.
"Homophobia is the first symptom of a widespread ignorance of homosexuality, a distorted vision, sometimes fantasy. So I wanted the viewer to confront the gentleness, the simplicity of these images in order to change their look, sweep their representations and keep only the essentials: love, nothing but love," Ciappa posted on his website.
