London, Jan 25 (PTI) Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have postponed their concert at New York's Madison Square Garden due to the snowstorm that hit the East Coast over the weekend.
The news was announced on Twitter, citing the tri-state travel ban and weather safety concerns for the postponement.
"There is not an immediate date available for reschedule but more information will be coming shortly," a follow-up tweet read.
The Boss is still scheduled to play at the same venue on January 27. The River Tour kicked off last weekend in Pittsburgh with a tribute to David Bowie.
As well as the cancellation of all of last night's Broadway shows, Snowmageddon has also led to Aerosmith star Steven Tyler gatecrashing a weather report about the storm.
