Los Angeles, Jan 15 (IANS) Actress Salma Hayek is sporting a new short lob-length hairstyle for her role in the new comedy movie "Drunk Parents".
The 49-year-old actress is to star alongside Alec Baldwin in the upcoming comedy, which is about a married couple, the Teagartens, who get intoxicated after dropping their daughter off at college and end up on an adventure of mishaps which includes a kidnapping, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Hayek had to have her long tresses chopped for the part and she has unveiled the fresh look on her Instagram account insisting that she doesn't care about having short hair.
Along with a selfie of her new style, Hayek wrote: "New haircut for my new comedy, Drunk Parents! #comedy #selfie #new #hair #drunk #parents #shorthairdontcare (sic)."
The photograph shows the actress with a lob-length chop with bouncy ends.
"Drunk Parents", directed by Fred Wolf, is being co-produced by Robert Ogden Barnum.
