Two years ago a small film Dandupalayam came out of nowhere and created a sensation in Telugu. It collected 10 Cr and had hundred days run here. The team that brought Dandupalayam is coming together with its sequel called Dandupalayam 2 and it’s going to begin regular shoot from February 14.
Announcing the launch of the film, producer Venkat said that we hope Dandupalayam 2 will be a bigger than the first one. Director Srinivas Raju said that after the success of Dandupalayam he made a film with Upendra which was a big success. His second film, a remake of Geethanjali, released on January 1st this year is another blockbuster. He is hoping that Dandupalayam 2 becomes hat trick success. The film reportedly stars acting powerhouse like Prakash Raj.
