New Delhi, Dec 21 (IANS) The Delhi government has called a special session of the assembly on Tuesday to set up a panel to probe the alleged financial irregularities in the working of the DDCA, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Monday.
"Delhi Cabinet resolves to set up Commission of Enquiry on DDCA scam. A special session of assembly tomorrow (Tuesday) to discuss DDCA scam and CBI raids on the Delhi Secretariat," Kejriwal tweeted.
"In the cabinet meeting, it has been decided that a special session of the Delhi assembly will be convened to set up a commission of enquiry in the DDCA matter", Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia told the media.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) accused Finance Minister Arun Jaitley of indulging in corruption in the working of the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA). Jaitley headed the DDCA for 13 years.
