Rajamouli's Garuda though not officially announced is now creating a social media storm even before its take off. It will be a grand project from the director made with a whopping 1000 crores budget. 
Though the news sounded very exciting, it is highly risky to make a regional film with such huge budget. So, Rajamouli worked out a strategy to make it work economically.
Now that Rajamouli has proved his marketing talent by spinning 600 crores with Baahubali, there are people, who are totally believing in Garuda. Rajamouli is going to make a test shoot, which will be made with 25 crores, to release in theaters.
With his vision, he can pull 1000 crores from international markets and the national market as an investment for the movie, with just a teaser.
