Social media is full of gossip that Pawan asked his director Bobby to complete the shooting part of Sardaar quickly to concentrate on GHMC elections. Speculations are wild that Pawan Kalyan has decided to test political waters in Telangana by contesting GHMC elections, while members of BJP claim that he would campaign for the TDP-BJP combine candidate in the Warangal by-poll elections.
Gossip mongers in social media went to an extent by posting Sardaar Gabbar Singh will be the last film of Pawan Kalyan. Pawan has decided to quit movies to become a full-time politician. After completing the shooting part of Sardaar, Pawan would start concentrating on strengthening the party from gross root level, reports added.
Pawan Kalyan Janasena was started just before the general elections with one agenda " to question". During the launch of the party, the actor who was testing new waters declared in no uncertain terms that he would question injustice and also leaders who fail to work for the sake of people. Pawan had extensively campaigned for BJP and TDP and both the parties came to power at the Centre and State respectively. Though he questioned the government on land pooling, he has not entered the field completely.
Many senior political reporters feel Pawan should not quit movies as he enjoys a great fan following and should not lose them. But with Pawan Kalyan you never know.
